JOB PURPOSE:

• To be responsible for ensuring electrical assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation.
• Supervise and Coordinate activities of maintenance technician’s team and focuses in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.
• Coordinate with supervisor the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan.
• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of electrical (such as generators, transformers and motors). Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to LSP’s standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation and contract terms.

REQUIREMENT:

• College/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or equivalent experience and training.
• Min 5 year experience as electrical technician in Oil & Gas, FPSO/FSO, Power/petroleum/ petrochemical plant or equivalent with same position and had at least one similar project.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of refinery or petrochemical plant.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations· Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems· Strategic management skills
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
