✅ Responsibilities:
- Oversee the electrical installation and construction work on-site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and drawings.
- Identify ambiguities or issues in electrical designs and provide improvement proposals to the Engineering department.
- Coordinate with local shipyard management and provide advice on modern electrical techniques and work methods.
- Monitor the timely and accurate delivery of electrical equipment and materials.
- Ensure that electrical work meets quality standards and shipbuilding requirements.
- Conduct or oversee inspections, including x-ray testing for quality assurance of electrical installations.
- Provide reports and recommendations on electrical systems for project evaluations and commissioning.
- Track and report the progress of electrical work, identifying delays and coordinating solutions with local management.
- Communicate regularly with the Site Manager and local teams about progress, deviations, and technical challenges.
- Ensure the correct and timely documentation of electrical activities, including wiring and connections.
- Provide guidance and instructions to assigned personnel, including external contractors.
- Monitor the performance and task execution of electrical workers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
- Participate in the selection, assessment, and training of local employees for electrical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company safety regulations and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, promoting safety and compliance among the workforce.
✅ Requirements:
- Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, shipbuilding, or a related technical field.
- Sufficient spoken and written English skills
- Preferably 5-7 year experience in shipbuilding or relevant position in electrical and automation systems
- Sailing experience or working on ships as electrical engineer is also considered as suitable

- Working Location: Hai Phong City
- Working mode: 6 working days per week, 26 working days per months upon calendar
- Working hours: 8 hours per day
