- To be responsible for ensuring Instrument assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation.
- To Lead, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technician’s team and focuses in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices
- Coordinate with LSP area supervisor the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan. Control. Submit progress reports to the respective Area Maintenance supervisor on a regular basis.
- Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of Instrument (such as generators, transformers and motors). Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to LSP’s standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation and contract terms.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
- Min 3-5 year experience as Instrumentation Supervisor in Oil & Gas, FPSO/FSO, Power/petroleum/ petrochemical plant or equivalent with same position and had at least one similar project.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of refinery or petrochemical plant
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems· Strategic management skills
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
