• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên thuộc các ngành liên quan
  Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương cho các dự án trên bờ, ngoài khơi tại các vị trí HVAC Tech/ HVAC Engineer.
  Ứng viên chưa có KN đi biển sẽ được đào tạo.

Specific Accountabilities:

Reporting to Lead Mechanical Technician, accountabilities include:
Responsible for inspection, testing, adjusting,heatbalancing, air balancing, cooling, and ventilatingofindustrial HVACsystems, chiller’s freezers, andmobile cool storesatoffshore facilities.
Support operation,maintenance,and repairactivitiesofOil & Gasindustrial HVAC systems, typesof equipment/systems include butarenot limited tocentralized/integratedsystems,DX packagedunits,ACCU,AHU,air-cooled condensers, pressurization units,filtration ventilation, andexhaustfans/systems, relay and PLC controls.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and fault finding,determine corrective actions, and repairsincludingmechanical,electrical,and controlissues affecting unit operation/performance. This includesensuring that the work conducted fully addresses the issues at hand andthatthe equipment isbrought back tothemanufacturer‘s design parameters.
Collaborate with other disciplinedtechnicians ontroubleshooting,diagnosing,determiningcorrective actions, andrepairingduct-mounteddevices such as heaters, fire dampers, sensors, etc.
Communicate withthedirect Lead/Supervisorregarding findings, proposed solutions,thetiming ofrepair, andrepair workstatus.
Responsible for and perform preventative/correctivemaintenanceon the HVAC systems and otherair conditioning and refrigeration systems installed on board.
Works in collaboration with the maintenance technicians for preventative,correctivemaintenance,repairs,and new installation or replacement of parts on theHVACequipment.
Responsible for spare parts, tools,and consumable ordersordering and replenishment, ensuringthe availability of those is effective and optimized.
Manage F-gasuse and loss report according to the project’sproceduregovernedby localregulations.
Be the focal point for majorpreventive maintenanceand or overhaul works that may require externalresources from Vendor and Contractor.
Performs welding, brazing,and soldering in accordance with recognized and accepted standardsand practices.
As a member of the maintenance department, theHVAC technician shall supportother disciplineswithin the department assigned by Lead Mechanical Technician / Maintenance Supervisor.
Maintainsasafe and healthy work environment by following OSHA andCompany’s SHEstandardsand procedures.
Maintainsasafe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, andregulations.
Experienced in the control and useof Safe Systems of Work (PTW) procedure.
Completes assigned tasks within the allotted hours with minimum to no rework.
Progress competency as per Personal Assessment Record (PAR) in CASys.
