- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (any field)
- Minimum six (6) years in engineering for minimum- related field, including three (3) years material management and inventory control
- Certificate or course relating to Inventory control is an added advantage.
- Able to use Microsoft Office software
- Experience in using SAP is an added advantage
- Excellent to communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken)
- Present reports and update on material control
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gather data and compile master list of materials required from TA work scope/plan.
- Ensure all work orders that need to have materials have them ordered.
- Provide clear support and direction to the TA teams on concerned Material procurement.
- Monitor and track execution of assurance / stock validation activity for his / her area of responsibility.
- Interface with the Procurement section and assist in the resolution of material related problems; working together with the respective technical authorities to find solution to any inquiry related to the technical evaluation.
- Withdraw materials from the Warehouse, storing and ‘bagging & tagging’ the material and keeping them ready for execution at the TA Laydown Area.
- Provide feedback at the end of turnaround for “Lessons Learned".
