REQUIREMENT

• Degree in respective Engineering disciplines
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in Oil, Gas, and or Petrochemical plants, including ten (10) years working in plant turnarounds.
• Possession of certified and competent qualifications (API, CSWIP, etc.) is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review CLIENT’s activities scope to ensure general and common understanding of intended scope requirement, liaising with CLIENT focal persons on accuracy and consistency of information, work scope preparation, be anticipate according to documented and site survey information available for proper planning of work be undertaken.
• Define both detailed scope and methodology of works for each of equipment listed
• Identify required and recommended spare, tools, consumables, and material resources upfront by producing a master list according to the discipline package
• Derive cost estimation for each of the work scope, working on a best-case scenario of execution in line with L1 and L2 work schedule
• Ensure comprehensive work package final compilation fit for issuance to CLIENT execution bid process
• Conduct or facilitate the external scope challenge and critical path - schedule review. Ensure list of spare, tools, consumables, and material resources is clear and details each work package
  General
• Ensure close and continuous communication with CLIENT focal persons on daily tasks, alignment of work, and coordination of activity in meeting CLIENT expectations and requirements
• Facilitate and take the lead in managing and updating on risk management and register to work at various execution scenarios under CLIENT instruction and guide
• Consolidate masterwork listing of various formats and types according to CLIENT instructions, and lead in managing, updating as well and reporting when required
• Upon approval of the above preparation, initiate and perform work package development according to such master listing, in line with CLIENT‘s expectation
• Liaison on the work package process and progress within CLIENT on the stages of an issue for review, approval, and subsequently for construction documents.
• Develop integrated schedule by assembling the work plans and work packs in the scheduling tool according to the approved schedule.
• Integrate project and turnaround schedule thoroughly and accurately by linking project schedule to turnaround plan at critical milestones in planning and preparation phases.
• Manage and monitor the preparation progress against milestones.
