REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum seven (7) years experience in Schedule Control in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Plant with a minimum of five (5) years experience in turnaround and project works
- Certification and/or competence in using MS and project software (Primavera, MS Project, and/or other equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English language (both spoken and written).
- Methodical, strong analytical skills, good team spirit, and thriving through relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collect and assemble all work scope in an integrated manner.
- Work with discipline engineers and CLIENT focal persons in understanding the scope intention, L1 and L2 schedule in developing and producing a reliable and feasible turnaround scheduling.
- Carry out data quality checks (the correct coding, functional location, work description, etc.).
- Prepare the detailed schedule into a planning and scheduling tool (Primavera P6). Identify interdependencies across different disciplines and activities.
- Identify the near critical path(s) and float. Identify and optimize the critical path and highlight this in the plan or on lists.
- Provide the Gant chart as per CLIENT requirement (system, work center, shift, focal point, etc.).
- Monitor and report milestone status.
- Register all initial work activity contents and record the approved jobs after the scope challenge meeting.
- Gathering data, creating, communicating, updating, and monitoring details of the overall Turnaround Plan, and identifying delays or opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate Closure of jobs in eServe after job completion and work pack signoff
